Rethink Education
When i got in touch with Agile Learning, a non-formal method of self-directed education, rooted in trust and trusting that human beings are natural learners, it became clear to me that systemic educational models are neglecting individuality and diversity and are most likely holding us back from unfolding our full potential. I became an Agile Learning Facilitator and i am using the tools and mindset not only in my workshops, but in most facets of life.
MUSIC AND SONGWRITING AS EMPOWERMENT TOOLS
Especially when it comes to kids and teenagers, who are exploring the world and their identity, encouragement in trying out different options, in making their own decisions and in reflecting on their experiences and learning outcomes, is crucial. Songwriting and music production resemble great opportunities not only in acquiring specific skills, but also in learning how to cooperate for a common goal -and be empowered by the process!
WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES
I am offering various options for groups and individuals, both online and off-line (i definitely prefer and enjoy physical presence and interaction). These can be one-shot intense workshops over a day or a weekend, but also regular lessons over a period of time that will allow more space for community building and for an organic build up.
