If you want me to mix your music, please get in touch sharing your thoughts / suggestions / wishes about how it should sound in the end. I will respond with guidelines for the multi-track exports and a link to my server for uploading the files.
HOW IT WORKS
After listening to them we should catch up to make sure we are on the same page, production-wise. I will give you an estimate about the cost and i need half of the amount transferred before i start. Before getting to the fine tuning stage (which includes FX programming and creation of interest spot-wise) i will send you a reference for you to give feedback. We can have as many revisions as needed. After your approval i will create and send you the final files.
You can send me a reference track if that’s the sound you ‘re after or let productive decisions completely upon me. Please keep in mind that in the first case the recorded material has to meet the standards set.
WHAT TO EXPECT
I will listen to your music carefully. The multi-track but also the rough-mix. What happens most of the time is that you will get a sound in the direction of your mix, but more “pronounced” and “polished”. Sometimes an element of your arrangement might lead me to a different direction as well. In any case the result will be technically sound and with character.
Having worked as a mastering engineer as well, i value this two processes being carried out by different people. I strongly suggest to master your tracks at Sweetspot where you will get a special price. If you can’t afford it, i will proccess the master bus as needed.
